We manufacture your components using the latest CAD/CAM management processes and mill your products with the latest 5 Axis and 4 axis milling and CNC machinery from industry leading suppliers such as DMG & Haag. All our components are inspected in our metrology department using the Nikon CMM measurement tools to guarantee the quality.
Our continual investment in the latest machinery also enables us to manufacture your components with ‘lights out running’, a process where larger batch runs are automatically produced overnight using ‘palletised’ production. Lights out running has many cost benefits, so we can deliver longer batch runs very cost effectively.
